Blog - Asperkids

Concept:

This blog is an amazing resource, especially for parents of girls on the spectrum and tweens and teens on the spectrum. Jennifer offers immediately usable parenting advice, like how to effectively get a child's attention to correct their behavior, helpful tips on navigating the evaluation process, and how to help your child develop executive function skills. She has a truly unique perspective as an award-winning special educator, the mother of three kids with Asperger's, and as a woman with Asperger's herself. Jennifer is always positive, drama-free, and generous with advice.

Get to know me:

Asperkids is all about Aspie Awesomeness.
We are a social education service that encompasses the work of international-award-winner (Aspie, teacher, and Aspie mommy), Jennifer Cook O’Toole.

Jennifer Cook O’Toole appears in multiple mediums:
-internationally-acclaimed books (published by Jessica Kingsley Publishers, London)
-private consultation services for families and schools
-public speaking events
-social network pages
-resource endorsements (denoted by the “Asperkids Seal of Awesomeness!”)
-original Aspie-centric “laugh at life” fun stuff (to wear and display)

In every manifestation, Aspkerkids’ goals are same: to explain, expose and access the precious, precocious potential of Asperkids everywhere.
